Dating
from the 17th century, the house still has its original subterranean rooms with
vaulted ceilings in the cellar of the hotel. The two main floors were renovated
in 1934, giving the house a distinctly Sevillian flavour.
Especially impressive are the large handcarved antique french windows and
the majestic and elegant balustrade of the main staircase leading to a
domed gallery on the second floor. |
